Since its grand opening last October, Charlestown’s outdoor bocce court has created quite a stir. A turnout of nearly 100 people at the opening and a Special Olympics tournament last November have left folks itching for April’s warmer weather.

BALTIMORE, MD – More than $8,400 was raised by the residents and staff of Charlestown and Oak Crest on Daffodil Day. The annual March fundraiser for the American Cancer Society offered a bundle of 10 daffodils or a miniature daffodil plant for a donation of $10.
