For Retirement Counselors Helen Waldrop and Lisa Schubert, Director of Marketing Ray Guarino, and the entire Sales and Information staff, the opening of the new clubhouse has extra special importance:
They are moving their offices to Woodland Commons from the Belmont Clubhouse.
“Our work at the Belmont is done,” says Ray. “The entire neighborhood surrounding that clubhouse is virtually sold out. Now we need to be close to our two newest residence buildings, Walden Place and Arbor View, to help people find the homes they want.”
Both of these buildings connect directly into the Woodland Commons Clubhouse. Walden Place opens at the same time on September 5, and Arbor View opens in October.
However, people have been making advance reservations since last spring, so nearly 75 percent of the apartment homes in these buildings have already been taken. “Our first Walden Place resident is moving in on the 6th, and others are quickly following,” says Ray.
Because history shows that buildings with direct connections into the clubhouse sell out very quickly, Ray says it’s important for anyone who’s interested to call now.
“There are still some homes located very close to the clubhouse that are still available,” he says. “But they won’t be for long.”
