At current reservation rates, Cedar Crest’s most popular apartment home design is nearing “sold out” status.

“Eighty-five percent of our one-bedroom Brightons are already taken,” says Ray Guarino, the director of marketing for Cedar Crest. “Of the few new ones that remain, the majority are in Cedar Crest’s two newest buildings, Valley View and Hillside Crossing. And these buildings are quickly filling up.”

‘Great Value’

The one-bedroom Brighton is Cedar Crest’s best-selling home design, and for good reason.

“It’s a great value,” says Ray. “It has a spacious bedroom and living area, extra large picture windows that let in lots of light, and a walk-in closet with a separate entrance to the bath.”

People are very comfortable in the Brighton, because it gives them lots of room. In fact, Brightons in Hillside Crossing have been newly redesigned to make these homes even more open and spacious.

In addition, like all Cedar Crest homes, the Brighton offers full access to everything the campus has to offer, including the pool and spa, three restaurants (with one meal a day included), library, Fitness Center, classes, and all programs and activities.

“When you live in the Brighton, you enjoy the exact same amenities and services as those living in larger homes, but for less!” says Ray.

Erickson communities are designed to be affordable to a wide range of middleincome homeowners. For this reason, Erickson purposely built four times more Brightons than other designs on the campus. They knew that savvy North Jersey buyers would snatch up these homes knowing they could take advantage of all that Cedar Crest has to offer for so much less.

At Home

Sheila Robbins, who moved to her Brighton home at Cedar Crest about 16 months ago, says she’s delighted with the decision she made.

“I enjoy being in my own home and having that privacy, and I also enjoy being with all the wonderful people in this community,” she says.

Shortly after she moved, Shelia had some friends come to visit. “One of them said, ‘This should be in House Beautiful,’” she recalls. “And I haven’t done anything special to my home. It’s very comfortable with a good-sized bedroom and living area. When I moved, everything fit in beautifully—even my piano!”

Tours Available

Despite the fact that more Brightons have been built at Cedar Crest than  any other home, Ray saysthe availability of this popular design is dwindling quickly.

“My advice to anyone interested in getting in on this value,” adds Ray, “is to call and set up an appointment to see the Brighton now, while there are still some available.”
