With Fewer Than 48 Apartment Homes Left, Hundreds on the North Shore Are Scrambling

“I’ve been waiting to move to Brooksby, and then I suddenly realized that I really can’t wait any longer.” These are the words of hundreds of people who fear they may “miss the boat” if they don’t act now in securing a home in this popular North Shore community.

At Brooksby, construction has been completed for two months now, and through the help of word of mouth, many have realized there really isn’t a lot of time left. Amazingly, you still have the power to avoid this situation all together. But you have to act quickly.

Your chance to live in a new home at Brooksby ends in roughly 60 days!

That’s right, 60 days from now Brooksby is expected to sell out of all new apartment homes. Why 60 days? Brooksby is now selling over 20 apartment homes per month.

Currently Brooksby is 98 percent sold out and has fewer than 48 apartment homes available. So you see, the math is simple! At its current pace, Brooksby’s remaining new homes will sell out by mid-summer.

Word of Mouth Plays Powerful Role

This news is causing quite a sensation at the 90-acre community. “Word of mouth has always played a part in Brooksby’s success,” says Retirement Counselor Marisa Tazzini.

“The people who live here know first-hand how affordable Brooksby’s lifestyle is and they’ve raved about Brooksby’s fun and exciting lifestyle to their friends. As a result, our sales pace has snowballed and our supply of new apartments is rapidly shrinking.

“The thought of having to wait two, three, or even four years before the apartment they want is available again is driving many people to reserve sooner than they originally planned to,” she says.

Marisa urges, “If you’ve ever considered Brooksby’s lifestyle or are even just a bit curious of what all the ‘hype’ is about, I suggest you come in now and look around, because the selection of apartment homes will never be this good again.”

If Phones Are Busy, Please Keep Trying

The dwindling availability at Brooksby has had a  profound affect. First, Brooksby has seen a major spike in phone calls into the Sales and Information office, so much that Brooksby has had to include in their marketing material for people to keep trying if the phones are busy.

There has also been a substantial rise in people joining the Priority List. As it stands, there are now well over 650 people on the Priority List, and Marisa’s calendar is now booked out an astounding three weeks.

“Many more people are moving through the process very quickly. They come in for an appointment, see the resort-style amenities, and the type of people who live here and the next thing you know, they are putting their house on the market. Those people who show that level of decisiveness can still get in,” says Marisa.
