Ask anyone in Brooksby’s sales office how business has been lately and you’re bound to get an earful.

As construction ends, a steady stream of eager visitors have toured the popular North Shore community. In fact, Brooksby has experienced hot sales over the last year, when they helped a record-breaking 445 people make the move to Brooksby.

As a result, Brooksby stood at 96 percent sold out as of the printing of this issue. In other words, today fewer than 60 apartments remain on this nearly sold-out campus.

“There really has been an overwhelming amount of interest in the community since we ended construction,” says Marisa Tazzini, Brooksby’s retirement counselor. “Lately, people have to call about three weeks in advance just to schedule an appointment for a personal tour.”

“It’s just very telling,” she adds. “Those who live here love it, and they’ve told their friends about it.”

A Community Within a Community

On Brooksby’s 90-acre campus, you’ll experience the lifestyle of living in a small-town with big city amenities. Dine every night in one of five distinctive restaurants, swim any time of the year in the all-season swimming pool and hot tub, join friends for a game of cards, billiards, or tend to your very own plants and flowers in the community gardens.

Complete with three multi-million-dollar clubhouses, outdoor courtyards, putting green, community gardens—Brooksby has grown into a thriving community existing within the larger community of the North Shore. You can enjoy all the conveniences of a bustling town, right here at Brooksby.

Heightened Interest

Adding to the high intensity to reserve the remaining apartments is the number of people who have joined Brooksby’s mailing list. Right now, 36,000 people have sought more information about the North Shore’s most popular community.

What’s more, another 5,000 have visited the 90-acre campus. “We’re having an early spring rush,” says Marisa. “We knew that once people got through the nasty winter months that they would begin considering a lifestyle change.”

“It is important to note that many people  would opt to make that change before they are forced to place their names on an evergrowing Priority List—a list that will soon build up to a three to five year wait for some apartment designs,” she adds.

Still a Chance

While much of the campus is sold out, opportunities remain for you to reserve a new home at Brooksby. Some of the popular models still available include the one bedroom Brighton design and the two bedroom Hawthorne and Fairmont designs.

Brand new apartments of these models are currently open in Brooksby’s final buildings. “But we know they will sell out fast,” adds Marisa.
