THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
Ann’s Choice, an Erickson retirement community in Bucks County, announced this week that it will soon be opening its newest building, Holly View.
Officials from Ann’s Choice say that residents will begin moving into the building this month.
“We couldn’t be more excited to open,” says Retirement Counselor Marie Dmoch. “Since we opened the new Keystone Clubhouse, the demand for homes has really skyrocketed, and this should start to help us meet some of that need.”
Located near the newly completed Keystone Clubhouse that opened late last year, the homes are just a quick walk from the Garden Room Restaurant, the Acorn Pub, the conference center, and the newly expanded creative arts studio.
Location, location, location
“The homes are in a great spot on campus,” Dmoch says. “They are near all of the most popular features, and we are seeing a lot of people interested in them who want to be near the Keystone Clubhouse. It’s really the hub of activity on that side of campus.”
According to Donna Donohue, another retirement counselor at the community, Ann’s Choice only builds upon consumer demand, and there is significant interest in the remaining unreserved homes. “The homes are already moving quickly,” Donohue says.
Built on demand
She says the construction of the new homes started late last year, but she estimates that just over half of the new homes have already been reserved.
Interest in Ann’s Choice has remained brisk. Officials report that the community sees approximately 1,100 requests for information each month, and they give almost 200 tours of the community a month to those who are interested in moving there.
“A number of people have already reserved homes in Holly View, and a good deal more have already joined our Priority List for an opportunity to reserve their place here,” Donohue says. “So right now the best chance to get the home style you want is to join the Priority List.”
