When it opens early next year, Renaissance Gardens, the new extended care neighborhood in the Ann’s Choice community, will provide people the energizing and amenity-rich lifestyle for which Ann’s Choice is so highly regarded, together with extended care services that foster health and indepedence.

Accommodating your needs
A key fact about Renaissance Gardens at Ann’s Choice is that people may move in even if they are not already Ann’s Choice residents. This includes people who are hospitalized for surgery or an illness, and would like to come to Renaissance Gardens for their Short-Term Rehabilitation (physical, occupational, or speechlanguage therapy), which is typically covered by Medicare.

Renaissance Gardens will provide outstanding amenities, including all-private residences, dining rooms on each floor, park-like landscaping, and professionally programmed events and activities. Visitors will be welcome 24 hours a day.

Comprehensive care
An expert staff, comprised of Erickson HealthSM physicians from the Ann’s Choice Medical Center, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists in mental health, and physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists, will deliver the complete range of health care services. Licensed nurses will be on duty 24 hours a day.

Types of care will include Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s Care, Respite Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Nursing Care. There will be 66 Assisted Living residences and 66 Short- Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Nursing Care residences.
