New Homes at Bucks County’s Most Coveted Address Are Quickly Becoming Unavailable

THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE

Since opening its doors nearly three years ago as the first Erickson community in Pennsylvania, Ann’s Choice has been turning heads. From Day One the 103-acre gated community in beautiful Bucks County became instantly popular for its unique combination of amenities, on-site conveniences, customized home designs, alluring landscapes, and comprehensive wellness program, at an unmatched value.

“It’s a combination of benefits that has really resonated with people in this area,” says Marie Dmoch, retirement counselor at Ann’s Choice. “No other community can match it. All you have to see is how quickly the community continues to sell out. We’re 95 percent sold out, because we’re giving people what they want.”

With the addition of a new clubhouse—Liberty Commons—homes are going faster than ever.

“There aren’t many other communities in the area that boast two multi-million-dollar clubhouses,” says Donna Donohue, another retirement counselor at Ann’s Choice. “And it’s hard to compete with the amenities our clubhouses offer.”

Demand for Homes Heats Up!

It’s not surprising that in just a few months after releasing homes near Liberty Commons this enviable neighborhood is already close to being sold out.

“In my opinion this is one of the best times to move here,” says Marie. “Summer is upon us and fall is just around the corner. All the homes surrounding Liberty Commons are brand new and close to a magnificent courtyard. It’s a great festive time of the year. Everyone is doing something outdoors, whether it’s walking with friends on our great walking trails, enjoying a picnic with their grandchildren, or relaxing with  barbeques. It’s non-stop social fun.”

Since homes surrounding Liberty Commons are in such high demand, there are only a limited number left. “There is no telling when and if homes will become available here at Ann’s Choice,” says Donna. “So there’s a real rush to secure a home in the Liberty Commons neighborhood before they’re gone. Otherwise, people may have to wait a long time . . . who knows how long!”

Advice From the Experts

If there’s one constant opinion that the more than 1,000 residents at Ann’s Choice share it’s the impassioned phrase, “Don’t wait.”

Just ask Cecelia Seifert. She moved from Phillipsburg, N.J., two years ago. She was so impressed with the free Information Kit, that she had to see Ann’s Choice for herself.

“When you read the kit and see that your money will be refunded to you or your family, well, that’s something that really stands out,” says Cecelia who lives in Ann’s Choice’s most popular home design—the Brighton. “As soon as I read about Ann’s Choice, I wanted to see it. Once you get here and you see the beautiful grounds, the incredibly nice people, all the amenities, and now the second clubhouse—Liberty Commons—you want to start enjoying it right away. What can I say, I love this place.”

Of all the amenities at the new clubhouse, Cecelia likes the Performing Arts Center the best.

“We get a great combination of performances by talented people who live here, professional shows, visiting musicians, and speakers. It’s exactly what we needed. I’m not surprised that homes around  Liberty Commons continue to sell quickly.”

Cecelia isn’t the sort to just relax and watch these performances in the comfort of one of the Performing Art Center’s luxurious 297 seats. “Last  year I performed in a linedance show and this year I’m dancing in one of the square-dance segments. It’s so much fun.”
