THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
At current reservation rates, Ann’s Choice’s most popular home design, the Brighton, is nearing “sold out” status.
“Eighty percent of our Brightons are already spoken for,” says Donna Donohue, retirement counselor at Ann’s Choice. “Of the few new ones that remain, the majority are in Ann’s Choice’s two newest buildings, Morris Square and Braxton Court. And these buildings are quickly filling up.”
‘Great Value’
The one-bedroom Brighton is Ann’s Choice best-selling home design, and for good reason.
“It’s a great value,” says Ann’s Choice Retirement Counselor Marie Dmoch. “It has a spacious bedroom and living area, extra-large picture windows that let in lots of light, and a walk-in closet with a separate entrance to the bath. People are very comfortable in the Brighton, because it gives them lots of room.”
In addition, like all Ann’s Choice homes, the Brighton offers full access to everything the campus has to offer, including the pool and spa, multiple restaurants, performing arts center, television studio, library, Fitness Center, classes, and all programs and activities.
“When you live in the Brighton, you can enjoy the exact same amenities and services as those living in larger homes, but for up to $224,000 less!” says Donna.
Erickson communities are designed to be affordable to a wide range of middle income homeowners. For this reason, Erickson purposely built 4.5 more Brightons than other designs on the campus. They knew savvy Pennsylvania buyers would snatch up these homes knowing they could take advantage of all that Ann’s Choice has to offer for so much less. And the numbers show these predictions were right on.
