At current reservation rates, Ann’s Choice’s most popular home design, the Brighton, is nearing “sold out” status.

“Eighty percent of our Brightons are already spoken for,” says Donna Donohue, retirement counselor at Ann’s Choice. “Of the few new ones that remain, the majority are in Ann’s Choice’s two newest buildings, Morris Square and Braxton Court. And these buildings are quickly filling up.”

‘Great Value’

The one-bedroom Brighton is Ann’s Choice best-selling home design, and for good reason.

“It’s a great value,” says Ann’s Choice Retirement Counselor Marie Dmoch. “It has a spacious bedroom and living area, extra-large picture windows that let in lots of light, and a walk-in closet with a separate entrance to the bath. People are very comfortable in the Brighton, because it gives them lots of room.”

In addition, like all Ann’s Choice homes, the Brighton offers full access to everything the campus has to offer, including the pool and spa, multiple restaurants, performing arts center, television studio, library, Fitness Center, classes, and all programs and activities.

“When you live in the Brighton, you can enjoy the exact same amenities and services as those living in larger homes, but for up to $224,000 less!” says Donna.

Erickson communities are designed to be affordable to a wide range of middle income homeowners. For this reason, Erickson purposely built 4.5 more Brightons than other designs on the campus. They knew savvy Pennsylvania buyers would snatch up these homes knowing they could take advantage of all that Ann’s Choice has to offer for so much less. And the numbers show these predictions were right on.

Mae Sweed, who moved to her Brighton in Taylor Crossing this past fall, says she feels like royalty. “I just love the Brighton,” she says. “It’s large enough that it fits all my furniture and I had a lot of furniture. The layout is great. I wake up every morning with a bright sunny room. I feel like a princess. I’ve got a prime spot, too—a ground floor home overlooking the magnificent Liberty Commons courtyard—complete with a terrific patio!”

Mae lived in the same house in Northeast Philadelphia for 46 years, but she says moving to Ann’s Choice was the perfect choice. “Everything is new here,” she says. “It’s a  new adventure and everyoneis so great. I’m close to my son and grandchildren in Bucks County which is just icing on the cake!”

Tours Available

Despite the fact that more Brightons have been built at Ann’s Choice than any other home, Donna says the availability of this popular design is dwindling quickly. “There’s a huge demand for Brightons,” Donna says. “It’s hard to keep them in inventory.

“My advice to anyone interested in getting in on this value,” adds Marie, “is to call and set up an appointment to see the Brighton now, while there are still some available. Don’t lose your chance to move into one of these highly sought after homes.”
