THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
With spring and summer in front of us, the new Liberty Commons courtyard is sure to be the beautiful centerpiece that creates a charming neighborhood feel for surrounding homes.
“We’ve already had so many calls about the few remaining homes in the Liberty Commons neighborhood,” says Ann’s Choice Retirement Counselor, Marie Dmoch. “Now with spring here and the courtyard complete, people will be even more enamored with this location.”
The new courtyard definitely offers something for everyone. If you’re into a little competition, the putting green is the place where we’ll probably find you. If you like to be at the center of attention, you can plant yourself in the middle of the courtyard next to the lovely water fountain.
A Vibrant Atmosphere
“You’ll see plenty of nice trees, flowers, and shrubs throughout the courtyard,” says Dan Healey, director of development at Ann’s Choice. “Our landscaping crew did a phenomenal job. It’s really eye-catching. I can see people doing a lot of cookouts here, especially with months of warm weather on the horizon.”
“For me, I’m happy just practicing my putting game,” says Al Bradley, with a laugh. “There is never a shortage of things to do here. There is something for everyone.”
